Selinah Kyle: Masalah di pelabuhan
In the port of Cap d'Agde, swept by a cold late winter wind, Selinah Kyle, a young film student, struggles with her sailboat, visibly overwhelmed. An experienced man comes to his rescue and helps him to land with confidence. Relieved, she accepts his invitation to warm up on board with a hot chocolate. In the cabin, the atmosphere becomes soft and intimate. The contrast with the outside, their damp clothes and their proximity create a subtle tension. The exchanges are prolonged, the looks become more insistent, and the moment seems to have stopped. The unexpected arrival of a friend of the sailor disturbs this balance. After a short while, he disappears, letting the situation evolve naturally. In this timeless bubble, the landmarks gradually fade away, giving way to an intensity shared between surprise, desire and abandonment to the moment.
